Refund policy
At Kiota Printlab, we take pride in crafting high-quality 3D printed products. Whether your item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines:
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Because custom items are designed specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or there is a production error. If we’ve made a mistake (e.g., incorrect name, color, or design), we’ll gladly remake it at no extra cost.
Please reach out to us at kiotaprintlab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or process a refund if the error is on our end.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Returns are also accepted for ready-to-ship products within 14 days:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refunds are issued after inspection
Final Sale Items
Some products may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom items (unless defective)
- unauthorized items
- Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
You can find step-by-step instructions for submitting a return request or you can now log in to your account to submit a return request quickly and easily.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. For returns due to damage or production errors, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
