Processing Time

Most items are made to order and require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.  
Custom or bulk orders may take longer — we’ll reach out if there’s a delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard shipping (3–5 business days) via USPS or UPS  
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (within the U.S.)

International Shipping
- We ship to most countries!  
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight  
- Delivery times range from 7–28 business days depending on destination  
- Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

 Packaging

We use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging whenever possible. Your item will be securely packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at kiotaprintlab@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
